The CJK Graduate Programme is available across a number of areas within the business, including engineering, project management, health & safety, finance, HR and marketing. At the end of our programme, you will be fully trained and confident to take on a wide range of national and international projects. In short, our graduates will be the future industry leaders.
Our 2-year graduate programme, guided by the 3 E’s (Experience 60%, Exposure 20%, Education 20%), focuses on developing diverse technical and interpersonal skills through mentoring and hands-on experiences, allowing participants to thrive in the industry, gaining experience on a diverse range of projects in a variety of sectors.
