One of CJK’s mechanical teams recently completed a highly technical lift operation at St Killians School in Bray, showcasing precision, coordination, and safety.
The project involved significant remedial work on the plantroom roof to facilitate the careful removal of a 14-tonne chimney. The chimney was lifted over the school roof and safely loaded onto a truck for transport, requiring meticulous planning and execution to ensure minimal disruption.
With the lift now successfully completed, the team is moving forward with the installation of a new heating system as part of phase 1. This critical step lays the groundwork for phase 2: a comprehensive heating upgrade for St Killians school, scheduled for next summer.
A big well done to everyone involved for their outstanding teamwork and safe handling of this challenging operation!
