We have worked hard to enforce strong and robust quality, health & safety policies that facilitate our growth as a business in a responsible manner, respecting both our employees and the world around us.
CJK is committed to providing the highest quality of service through all aspects of our business by continuously improving our processes and using new technologies to exceed our client’s expectations.
Our people, processes and passion are key features of our strong Quality Management approach to delivering our services and installations.
At its core, Quality Management, under the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, ensures that we:
We apply these guiding principles, as part of our ISO 9001: 2015 certified Quality Management system. We look to improve upon our structure, capabilities, processes and skills, as we develop our service offerings further for our clients and the sectors we operate in.
We also augment this approach with the digitalisation of our QEHS Management processes, using mobile devices for in-process inspections and testing, ongoing auditing, QC installation field checks, recording of process issues / constraints, system commissioning, performance measurement and in capturing ‘best in class’ installations.
We have developed our Quality Management system for operating in multiple sectors, such as data centres, biopharmaceutical, industrial manufacturing and ATEX-rated environments, whilst maintaining statutory and regulatory compliance in the countries we operate in.
Lean Construction is about delivering efficient and effective process outputs, through the minimisation of process waste and maximisation of operational resources.
CJK Engineering achieves this through the relentless application of a lean construction philosophy and in delivering ‘added value’ activities. If it doesn’t add value to the customer, both internally and externally, we do not pursue this activity or process step. We place an emphasis on focusing on the 8 Wastes of Lean:
We continually benchmark ourselves with best practice approaches, learn from other sectors and industries and look to harness the knowledge and capabilities of our staff and supply-chain partners.
It is through this commitment and an ongoing continuous improvement and innovation approach, that we find solutions and best practice methods, to standardise our processes further, to become operationally excellent. Automation also plays a key part in our process flow standardisation, which helps ensure consistent inputs and outputs.
