Yesterday, on World Mental Health Day, we were honoured to be joined by Robert Muldoon & Justin Manley who shared their mental health experiences in the workplace to CJK, Suir Engineering & Kirby Group Engineering staff on one of our Data Centre client’s sites.
It was an incredible start to the Construction Industry Federation (CIF)’s Construction Safety Month as this week’s focus is on the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity and the amazing support it offers to construction staff and their families.
The talks were a part of the charity’s ‘Help Inside the Hard Hat’ Tour of Ireland and they proved to be an excellent source of knowledge for our site management teams.
We know that health, safety and wellbeing is important 365 days of the year. This month is a great opportunity for CJK to continue to promote and reinforce the importance of health, safety and wellbeing to all employees across our sites.
