It’s World Suicide Prevention Day this Saturday 10th September.
In partnership with the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity, we had the pleasure of welcoming their Regional Ambassador, Colleen Milligan, EMCC EIA, to our Meta site to host a talk about mental health and the services and support that the charity offers to our staff.
It was a resounding success with plenty of questions for Colleen and staff signing up for the charity’s Mental Health First Aider course.
Suicide has a catastrophic impact on individuals and families within the construction industry and it’s an issue that is of tremendous importance to CJK. We are proud to promote the services of the Lighthouse Charity who provide emotional, physical, and financial support to construction workers.
