CJK installed the vessel at the Terminal 2 Energy Centre in Dublin Airport for our long-standing client, daa.
This is an exciting project as it will allow the airport to maximise its existing 3MW combined heat and power plant by allowing any excess heat generated to be stored in the vessel.
We’re proud to help the daa meet their sustainability goals while increasing their operational efficiency. This project will greatly assist the airport with controlling their energy consumption patterns by reducing their electrical import and primary energy requirements while reducing their global CO2 emissions by nearly 400 tons.
Thank you to our mechanical team, Suretank Group, ESB International, Lynch and Associates Limited, and Kavanagh Crane Hire Ltd.
