Before Christmas, we invited our CJK team to select a charity close to their hearts. In a spirit of giving, we randomly chose six organisations to each receive a generous €2,500 donation. Here are the chosen charities:
- Meghan Russell – 3rd year Apprentice – Pieta House: Offering a free, therapeutic approach to individuals in suicidal distress, engaging in self-harm, or bereaved by suicide, 24/7.
- Jefferson Cruz – Payroll Administrator – LGBT Ireland: A national support service for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender individuals and their families and friends.
- Eoghan Kinsella – Foreman – Greystones Cancer Support: Providing guidance, encouragement, and emotional support on a confidential basis to those affected by cancer and their families.
- Tom Coyne – Construction Director – The Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation: A children’s charity offering support for children with neurodevelopmental delay in Ireland.
- John Shelley – Electrician – RNLI (Royal National Lifeboat Institution): A volunteer organization saving lives at sea in the waters of Ireland and the UK.
- Eamonn Carty – Business Unit Lead – Aoibheann’s Pink Tie, Ireland’s National Children’s Cancer Charity: Offering practical and financial support to children suffering from cancer in Ireland and their families.
At CJK we are dedicated to improving the communities in which we live, therefore it is our priority to support organisations that make such a difference in the lives of our staff and their families.
