On Friday, CJK proudly hosted its first annual Chris Nolan Memorial football tournament, a heartfelt tribute to the late Chris Nolan. The event centred around the theme of the 1972 UEFA cup tournament, as this was the year Chris was born.
Throughout the tournament, the pitch came alive with memorable moments. Teams embraced the spirit of competition and camaraderie, with West Germany playing their national anthem before matches and intense penalty shootouts adding to the excitement. In the end, Romania emerged as the winning team, lifting the coveted trophy, yet each participating team contributed something special to the vibrant mix of the day.
