To wrap up Construction Safety Month, CJK held an interactive demonstration on the safe use of mobile equipment on our pharmaceutical project last week.
Using one of our CJK vehicles, the demonstration highlighted the importance of visibility and communication procedures to ensure safety while working with mobile equipment.
Stephen Ryan, Safety Instructor, from Nationwide Safety Training Network Limited, covered the risks to pedestrians approaching mobile equipment, vehicle marshalling, blind spots & vehicle inspection.
This was especially important coming up to the Halloween Bank Holiday to ensure our site team members were equipped with the best training, information, and equipment to operate mobile equipment safely.
