Welcome to our new Construction Director, Dave Flanagan.
He brings with him 22 years of experience in delivering major construction projects in the data centre, industrial and pharmaceutical sectors.
His depth of project, construction, delivery and leadership experience will further strengthen our existing senior team, enabling us to continue with our growth strategy while providing market leading services to our clients.
Dave started his career as an Electrician in 2000 and worked his way up the ranks as Supervisor, Construction Manager, Project Manager and Project Director in Suir Engineering. In his new role as Construction Director, he will be responsible for leading the delivery of our data centre, industrial and pharmaceutical projects.
We recently launched our business strategy, [Y]Our Opportunity 2025, and its growth targets are ambitious but achievable. By 2025, we will be a company of over 400 people with a turnover exceeding €75 million.
As a pioneer of modern methods of construction, Dave is perfectly placed to help achieve these goals through focusing on innovation across our operations and expanding our expertise into new sectors. A strong advocate for operations, resource-planning, quality, sustainability, and health and safety, Dave has cultivated a strong foundation in all aspects of successful project delivery wherever he goes.
Outside of work Dave has a keen interest in staying fit and is involved with Castleknock GAA where he is part of the mentoring and coaching team for the Under 11’s boys. He also enjoys travelling & family time adventures. He is passionate about building and maintaining lasting relationships.
