In a recent project development, we’ve taken project efficiency to new heights with the introduction of an innovative Hot-Tapping Process. Our team successfully implemented this cutting-edge procedure on a live chilled water (CHW) service one of our pharmaceutical projects, ensuring minimal disturbance for our client. The process involves attaching a branch connection and valve to an operational pipeline, cutting the pipeline wall within the branch, and removing the wall section through the valve. What sets it apart? This method guarantees zero product loss, reduces emissions, and maintains uninterrupted services for our clients.
