Twice a week our very own Rebekah has been guiding our team through rejuvenating yoga sessions since the start of September. It’s an inspiring way to not only promote physical health but also to nurture mental well-being.
Yoga offers a plethora of benefits that extend beyond the mat. It’s a stress-reliever, an anxiety-reducer, a sleep-enhancer, an immune system booster, and a holistic way to attain balanced body and mind.
