At CJK, we are all about setting the stage for growth and excellence, and recently, our headquarters were buzzing with activity as we welcomed our new cohort of apprentices. Mick Branigan, our in-house Apprentice Liaison Officer, played the role of a warm host, guiding these fresh faces into the world of apprenticeships.
Our induction training, the first step of their apprenticeship journey, is a pivotal moment for these apprentices. It lays the foundation upon which their professional growth will be built. And what’s more, at CJK HQ, our dedicated training area offers them the perfect place to put their learnings into practice.
But the learning doesn’t stop there. Simultaneously, in our new training room, Nick Walters, our diligent Safety Officer, conducted a refresher session on Moving Elevated Work Platforms. Safety is a core pillar of CJK’s ethos, and these sessions are a vital component of maintaining our high-quality health and safety standards.
This busy day of training isn’t just about ticking boxes; it’s about nurturing talent, fostering safety, and investing in a future where our team members are not just skilled but also safe. It’s a testament to our commitment to excellence in every aspect of what we do.
