CJK completed the fast track electrical fit-out of the new state-of-the-art 120,000 sq.ft AIB headquarters in one of Ireland’s most sought-after business districts. The project was from basement -1 to fifth floor in no.10 Molesworth St. and the refurbishment & fit-out of no.15 Molesworth Street (lower ground to third floor), including an external glazed link corridor link bridge between both buildings.
This sustainability of this building ensures that the occupiers can minimise both operational costs and environmental impact. No. 10 Molesworth Street bears the distinction of being the first newly-constructed office in Ireland to achieve platinum accreditation through the LEED system of rating for sustainability.
