CJK completed phase 1 & 2 of the 300,000sq/ft fast track CAT-B office fit- out of Meta’s  second largest campus globally. The works were carried out over 5 storeys of all the blocks in the former AIB Banking Centre Buildings. 

This multi-storey construction was fast tracked and completed within 6 months. The vast buildings comprised a combination of open plan office spaces, cellular meeting rooms, break out spaces, print stations, catering facility and ancillary areas, IDF rooms for network distribution & training rooms.

The building was delivered to the highest LEED and BREEAM performance ratings to ensure that the building operates efficiently with a low operational cost.
