CJK were contracted to carry out the mechanical works for this high quality office space comprising three separate inter-connecting buildings with eight storeys, over basement car park and a unique passageway created from the vaulted substructure of the former Harcourt Street Railway Terminus.
This premium, sustainable office environment was specifically designed to meet the needs and expectations of today’s corporate occupiers. The energy efficiency is achieved with the ‘ice bank’ cooling system and the use of solar control louvers. The development achieved a BREEAM rating of ‘Good’.
